To post a NON-anonymous article to alt.personals:

Just post like you would to any other group.
	alt.personals is not moderated.

To post an anonymous article to alt.personals:

	E-MAIL your article to acs-post@alembic.ACS.COM.
Article must be 25 lines or less (not counting the header).
Everything after the 25th line of the message body will be
deleted. Anything after a line consisting of "-- " or containing
"---" or "===" ANYWHERE is considered signature and is removed.

PLEASE DO NOT POST TEST MESSAGES. Send a message to acs-ping
(see below) and it will show you what an article you post
	would look like.

To send e-mail to an anonymous poster or to anyone with an alias:

Just send e-mail to the alias as you would normally send e-mail.
The message must be 25 lines or less (not counting the header).
Everything after the 25th line of the message body will be
deleted. Anything after a line consisting of "-- " or containing
"---" or "===" ANYWHERE is considered signature and is removed.

To find out if you can get mail to and from alembic, or to find out
what your alias would be if you did post a personal:

	Send e-mail to "acs-ping@alembic.ACS.COM".
The message you get back will have a Subject: of
"Message RCVD" and will tell you your alias and
show what the article would have looked like if you
	had sent it to acs-post.

To get help, make suggestions, complain, etc.:

	Send e-mail to "acs-admin@alembic.ACS.COM".

If your user name contains any the strings "uucp", "news", "mailer","smtp",
"deliver", "daemon", "root", or "postmaster", in either upper or
lower case, or some combination, anything you send to acs-post, acs-ping,
or an alias will be shoved in the bitbucket for recycling. Send
from an account with some other username.

I would strongly suggest reading the "Long Form" version of the
Intro to the ACS before you try posting anonymously.
